You will now have the ability to upload an applicant's documents to their profile page during pre-qualification.

To add a document to an applicant's profile page:

  1. Select the applicant name from the dashboard
  2. Navigate to the "Documents" tab to the right of the "Messages & activity" and "Application details" tabs.
  3. Click Choose Files to upload the document from your computer.
  4. After your document is selected from your files, select the document type from the categories Identity, Income, Assets, or Rental History.
  5. Click Start uploading
  6. Your applicant's complete list of documents will be available to view under the Documents heading and you will also be able to download them when required
