The duplicate tracking feature automatically notifies you of possible duplicate applications and gives you the ability to either merge them, mark them as "not duplicate", or remove them from the waitlist.
- In the left-hand panel of your Lists page/Dashboard you'll see a new item called Duplicates. These are the applications Haven Connect has automatically flagged for your review.
- Once you navigate to the Duplicates page you'll be presented with a list of possible duplicates, as well as the reason they were flagged -- e.g. perhaps they had the same email address or SSN.
- At this point you can either click on the name of the applicants to double-check their information, or you can select the checkboxes next to each application you would like to merge, mark as "Not duplicates", or "Remove from waitlist".
