Here's how you can update the applicant's details, such as their name, date of birth, or address, etc. It's a straightforward process using your property admin access.


Any information correction for an existing applicant should be done by the property managers.


  1. After logging in using your admin access, choose the correct property where the application is:


  2. Search and select the applicant's name, then click the Applicant Info Tab, select the tab where correction is needed, and then make the change.

  3. After making the change, click update, and you're all set.


Note: If the applicant has multiple applications, the steps outlined above must be repeated for each individual application.
