If you want to open or close your waitlist for new applications please follow these steps:
1. Login to your Haven Connect account and go to Settings.
2. Click on your property name and toggle the button on or off to open or close your list.
3. If you want to close your waitlist, then. click on the toggle again to close it.
Waitlists have to be opened and closed manually by switching the toggle. This process cannot be automated
All open waitlists will be displayed at app.havenconnect.com/properties. If you do not want to display your open waitlist on our website, contact us at support@havenconnect.com
