Haven Connect now allows property managers to provide a range of the estimated wait time to applicants, and that information is automatically provided in the email during the waitlist update.
- Log in at https://app.havenconnect.com/login
- Navigate to Settings
- Click on the property name in the sidebar
- Uncheck "Multi-year wait" to see the other options
- Choose the estimated wait time for your waitlist
Now, applicants will get the estimated wait time in their emails when they apply, and during the annual waitlist update. This helps to reduce phone calls from applicants who are curious about how long it might be until they can move in.
